Former InvestCloud Senior Figure Reunites With Ex-CEO In New Role

CommunifyFincentric, a fintech firm, has appointed former InvestCloud senior figure Jennie Wang as chief client solutions officer, effective immediately.

Most recently Wang, a technology and product leader, was chief experience officer for InvestCloud, involved in scaling the firm’s platform to manage more than $6 trillion in assets, increasing personalized client experiences and enabling large-scale implementations for wealth managers.

Wang is now reunited with Communify Fincentric CEO John Wise – formerly CEO and co-founder of InvestCloud. This news service interviewed Wise in September about his new firm’s strategy.

In her new role, Wang will be responsible for streamlining the delivery of next-generation client portals, advisor portals, and market portals with integrated market and client data. Her role will also include building a delivery hub in St Petersburg, Florida.

“We already serve upwards of 85 per cent of the broker-dealer market in the US and are rapidly expanding to the mid-market wealth sector. Jennie is driving new deliveries of mobile-first client experiences that haven’t been seen before, while ensuring productization along the way,” Wise said.
